Battle Cancer London 2024

Join DKMS at Battle Cancer London 2024 and move alongside thousands of athletes, who sweat and lift for a good cause in the iconic London Olympia.

In this high-energy showdown, teams will rally to complete 20,000 reps across five challenging fitness stations while raising money in the fight against cancer.

For the first time, DKMS will be at the event registering potential lifesavers and raising awareness of stem cell donations.

The Challenge

As a team of four, you will face an endurance test of two rounds of five stations where you’ll work to complete as many reps as possible for 5 minutes followed by 4 minutes rest, ten times.

The fitness stations are made up of accessible machines and movements:

ROUND 1

Station 01: Air Bike - max meters

Station 02: Synchro Deadlift - max reps

Station 03: Rower - max meters

Station 04: Synchro Burpee - max reps

Station 05: Air Runner - max meters

ROUND 2

Station 01: Air Bike - max meters

Station 02: Synchro Dumbbell Snatch - max reps

Station 03: Rower - max meters

Station 04: Synchro Sandbag over Shoulder - max reps
