What we offer

Staff members can join our workplace pension scheme after the successful completion of their six moth probationary period.
DKMS will make a pension contribution of 5% of an employee's salary, when matched by an employee contribution of 3%.
Learning & Development
DKMS is committed to the training and development of its staff. Financial support and/or study leave may be offered to individuals who are studying for professional qualifications.
Season Ticket Loans
A season ticket loan for travel is available to all staff who have successfully completed their six month probationary period. Re-payments will be taken from net salary in monthly instalments.
