We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Flix, the global travel tech leader, to raise awareness and drive stem cell donor registration across six countries.
The collaboration is called ‘Your journey could save a life’, and DKMS and Flix will work together to make registering as a potential stem cell donor seamless and accessible.
When FlixBus and FlixTrain travellers in the United Kingdom, India, Germany, Poland, Chile and the United States join the onboard Wi-Fi, they will be guided to a dedicated page which will help them to begin the registration process with just a few clicks.
“Every journey has the potential to change lives for those who travel, and for those waiting for a second chance at life, “ says Elke Neujahr, Global CEO of DKMS. ”By partnering with Flix, we're turning mobility into meaningful impact.”
With more than 500 million passengers since it was first launched, this campaign leverages Flix’s impressive reach and digital infrastructure to promote awareness and action, all over the world the world. In countries where DKMS operates, Flix travellers will be met with simple, actionable prompts at key digital touchpoints during their journey. This makes it easy to sign up as a potential donor, and makes every journey one that could save a life.
