'Swab to Save a Child'

Join us at your local event!

On 17 September 2023 from 9am to 2pm, 'Swab to Save a Child' in collaboration with DKMS will be running 14 registration drives for potential stem cell donors.

Join us on our journey to register more potential lifesavers!

I’m Sarah.

I'm working together with a group of mothers with children who have received a life-threatening diagnosis of leukaemia or bone marrow failure. Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of children in need. We want to help find a life-saving match for some of the 2,000 children and adults every year who need a transplant, giving them a second chance at life.

Through our dedicated efforts, we aim to raise awareness for organisations that provide life-saving treatments and support children and adults facing serious illnesses.

Join the stem cell register

On 17 September, we’re running a series of events, where volunteers trained by DKMS will make registering as a potential donor quick and easy for everyone, via a simple mouth swab which can be done in under 15 minutes.

Find your local event on the map and join us! If you can't join on the day, register online.

Help us find more donors
Everyone who needs a blood stem cell transplant must find their potential donor. Can you help?
