If you have not yet received your Digital Donor Card, it may be because:
Your donor registration hasn’t been fully processed yet
You signed up before the Digital Donor Card was rolled out on 27th April 2026. If you registered before this date, you won’t have received a Digital Donor Card.
Please ensure you have completed all the necessary steps.
