Every 27 seconds someone, somewhere in the world is diagnosed with blood cancer. This is a heartbreaking statistic and we want to do all we can to help. We believe that nobody with a blood cancer or blood disorder should die because they are unable to find a matching stem cell donor.
That’s why we need to raise funds to continue our work registering as many potential stem cell donors as possible. Each new registration costs us £40 and, as a charity, we rely on the generosity of the public to cover this cost. Every penny donated to DKMS goes towards registering even more potential donors.
