Once you're eligible, you will receive a notification email with instructions on how to download and access your Digital Donor Card. You can only access this via downloading it to your Apple or Google Wallet.
The email will include a unique link assigned specifically to you.
Please note:
The link is valid for 60 days from the date it is sent.
The link is unique to each donor and cannot be shared with another registered donor, as it will not work for anyone else.
If your link expires or you need to re-download your card for any reason, please contact our support team. We’ll gladly provide you with a new link to ensure you can access your Digital Donor Card.
