Runs are a really popular way of challenging your stamina and raising much-needed funds to support blood cancer patients in need.
There are so many 5Ks, 10Ks, half-marathons and marathons across the UK that's it's impossible to list them all. There are also fun runs, dog jogs and colour runs for those who want to have fun and run/ jog at a more relaxed pace.
