Terms and conditions for #LetsNailBloodCancer competition
The promoter is DKMS. DKMS is the trading name of DKMS Foundation, a registered charity in England and Wales (1150056) and Scotland (SC046917). This competition is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of DKMS, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the Charity.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Only 1 entry per person can be made.
Closing date is midnight on 30 April 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
We are giving away 10 Nails Inc goody bags, each containing a selection of four nail polishes. To enter, we are asking people to paint their nails and post a picture of their nails on Instagram. They must then follow us @dkms_uk and must use the hashtag #LetsNailBloodCancer in their post.
The 10 best images (i.e. the winners) will be decided by a small panel of people within DKMS UK.
All prize winners will be contacted via Instagram after the closing date.
The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
Any entries that DKMS consider (in our absolute discretion) to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights of others will be immediately disqualified.
DKMS’ decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
The Promoter can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete or fail to arrive by the closing date.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the prize promotion and acceptance of the prize. DKMS cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance.
Any personal information that entrants share with DKMS in relation to this competition will be kept secure, will only be used in line with these terms and conditions, unless the entrant has opted in to future marketing/fundraising initiatives, and will not be disclosed to a third party. By entering the competition, entrants agree that their information may be used by DKMS to administer the competition and winners consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
DKMS shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
DKMS also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
